One of the most common questions heard in the Firefall beta is “How do I use the scan hammer?” If I had a nickel for every time that I have seen this question in Zone chat, I’d be buried in nickels. So, here is the answer!
- Press the Tilde key (~) on your keyboard to bring up the Navigation Wheel. It is located just to the left of the 1 key.
- Scroll to the Calldowns icon (
) and left click with your mouse. - Scroll to the Resource Gathering icon (
) and left click with your mouse. - Scroll to the Scan Hammer icon (
) and left click with your mouse to load it into the 4 key ability slot. - Press the 4 key on your keyboard to activate the Scan Hammer.
Note: You can also just press the C key on your keyboard to bring up the Calldowns menu directly.
